Dr. Koo trained at Catholic University of Korea and completed his ophthalmology residency at St. Seoul Mary's Hospital before helping establish Dream Eye Center over 25 years ago. He has a particular focus on ATOSMILE, ICL implantation, and presbyopia correction using Panoptix lenses, and is recognized as a Premier Doctor for both Amaris Red and Panoptix platforms. He holds a faculty appointment at Catholic University of Korea and is a member of both KSCRS and ASCRS.

Dr. Jung brings over two decades of surgical experience to Dream Eye Center, where he focuses on refractive surgery, ICL, and cataract procedures. He trained at Catholic University of Korea and St. Seoul Mary's Hospital, and serves as a designated Aviation Medical Examiner. Recognized internationally, he is listed in the ABI biographical dictionary and holds memberships in both KSCRS and ASCRS.
