Overview
Established in 2020 near Gangnam Station in Seoul, AB Plastic Surgery serves local and international patients in approximately 2,664 m² of facilities. Its team includes more than 30 doctors across plastic surgery, dermatology, and anesthesiology. Specialized departments offer facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty and revision surgery, eye surgery, facial contouring, body shaping, breast surgery, and dermatology and laser treatments.
Facilities & safety
Preoperative consultations and 3D CT diagnostics support surgical planning. Full-time, on-site anesthesiology staff provide continuous monitoring during surgery, with dedicated postoperative recovery support and established emergency protocols. AB reports an anesthesiology specialist ratio of 47.1%. An in-house laboratory supports blood testing and cross-matching, while operating and recovery rooms are equipped with 24-hour CCTV monitoring.
Accreditation & recognition
AB holds KAHF accreditation as a medical institution for international patients under the Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare. Accreditation requires institutions to meet more than 130 criteria covering patient safety, infection control, anesthesia management, and emergency response systems. The clinic is also recognized by the Ministry of Justice as a medical institution for foreign patients, authorized for advanced regenerative medicine, and a member of the Korea International Medical Association (KIMA).
International patient support
